Questions buyers ask
Do your prices include shipping?
No. All prices on this site exclude freight. Shipping depends on destination country, weight and volume, so we quote it separately for every order — send your delivery address and we will calculate the exact cost.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Stock styles start from 1 piece so you can order samples. Unit price drops sharply at 50, 200 and 500 pieces. Custom tooling usually requires a higher minimum, quoted per design.
Can you engrave our logo or a name?
Yes — laser engraving, etched logos and cut-out lettering are done in-house. Send vector artwork (AI, PDF or SVG) or a clear photo of the mark you need.
What material and plating do you use?
304 and 316L stainless steel, with PVD vacuum plating in 18K gold, rose gold, black and steel tones. PVD is far more durable than conventional electroplating.
How long does sampling and production take?
Stock samples ship within a few days. Custom samples depend on tooling complexity. Bulk lead time is confirmed on the quotation, since it varies by style and quantity.
What payment terms do you accept?
Typical terms are 30% deposit and 70% before shipment by T/T. Other terms can be discussed for repeat buyers. Sample fees are credited against the bulk order.
Which shipping terms do you support?
EXW, FOB and DDP. We can ship by air or sea, to your address or your forwarder in China. Import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility unless DDP is agreed.
