All prices shown exclude shipping. Freight depends on destination country, weight and volume, so every order is quoted separately — send us your delivery address for an exact cost.
What is the material and will it tarnish?
Stainless steel is the default, with alloy used for more complex constructions. Other common materials include glass, enamel, acrylic and zircon. Plating is PVD vacuum plating in 18K or 14K gold — far more durable than conventional electroplating.
What is the minimum order quantity?
In-stock styles start from 1 pc so you can order samples. Custom and engraved styles start higher — send your target quantity and we quote the tier.
Can you engrave our logo or customer names?
Yes. Laser engraving covers flat plates, curved bangles, four-side bars and logo marking. Send artwork as AI, PDF or DXF.
How do samples work?
We send a pre-production sample with your engraving and packaging before bulk. Ask for the current sampling lead time for your specific style — it varies by finishing.
How do payments work?
30% deposit to start production, 70% balance against the inspection report before shipment. T/T for bulk; PayPal or Trade Assurance for sample and deposit amounts.
Do you ship door-to-door?
Yes. We quote EXW, FOB or DDP. On DDP terms we handle freight, export clearance, import duty and final delivery — the goods arrive at your address with no customs work on your side.
Can you produce under our own brand?
OEM and private label are our core business — logo, packaging, colour matching and compliance labelling. Send your artwork and we will come back with tooling and MOQ.
